Day 01
Flight to Lhasa, airport pick up and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon acclimatization. Overnight Lhasa

Day 02
AM visit the monumental palace of Tibetan Kings and Dalai Lamas-Potala Palace, PM visit Tibet’s most sacred Temple Jorkhang Temple & Barkhor street. Overnight Lhasa

Day 03
Early morning drive to Yangpachen Hot Spring which is 92km north from Lhasa. Appreciate the landscape of Qiang grassland and Nyenchen Tangula Snow Mt. Range. Same day back to Lhasa. Overnight Lhasa

Day 04
Morning drive towards southwest to Yamdrok Lake via Kambala Pass (4794m), the sacred water so called “Swan Lake”. After picnic lunch at lake side, drive to Gyantse (280km), if time permits, visit Kumbum & Pelku Chode in Gyantse, continuely driving to Shigatse (100km), capital of Tsang which is the second biggest city in Tibet, rival to Lhasa (340km). Day 05
Morning visit the monastic city of the Pachen Lamas-Tashilunbo Monastery, which was originally built in 1447, known as one of the sic major monasteries of the Gelug Sect. The highlight of the monastery is the statue of Maitreya Buddha made of copper with 22.4 meters high, which looks graceful and dignified in appearance. It is considered to be the highest statue in the world. Same day drive from Shigatse back to Lhasa via northern road (300km). Overnight Lhasa

Day 06
Morning transfer to airport and fly back to Chengdu/Beijing/Xian/Kathmandu, tour ends!
